Operations & Logistics

  • Ensuring at the outset and monitoring on an ongoing basis that the yacht complies with the requirements the ISPS code

Technical Management

  • Monitoring of yacht technical documents and taking necessary steps to ensure ongoing compliance and timely renewal of statutory certification

  • Provision of and assistance with implementation of a digital Planned Maintenance System to ensuring ongoing routine maintenance of equipment, machinery and systems on board

  • Liaising with classification society and Flag State on technical and regulatory issues

  • Assisting in selecting and conducting yard and contractor(s) tendering, negotiating and appointing for dry docking, repairs, modifications and maintenance.

Crewing Services

  • Off-shore payroll administration

  • Drafting and issuing of MLC compliant Seafarer’s Employment Agreements

  • Monitoring of Flag State regulation and relevant legislation and applying changes accordingly

  • Continuously review all financial transactions, investigate deviations from financial targets and implement corrective actions
